Land grab by Rayden Engineering

This image from Google Earth shows the layout before Rayden Engineering took illegal possession of the triangular plot of land below their yard. The mature trees and shrubs visually shielded the adjacent householders from the unsightly engineering premises and also cushioned them from the effects of noise.

By snatching the land, and clearing away all the greenery, Raydens extended their boundary to within three metres of their neighbours' rear gardens.
