Editorial Comment

We have removed the report we originally published about this company because we now believe our correspondent's experience may have been due to an operational glitch, rather than general practice. This was borne out by later correspondence from customers who felt the company offered very good service.

Before anything was published, we did seek confirmation that the correct contractor had been targeted and our correspondent did confirm the details. We apologise sincerely to the Floor Sander Hire Company if our correspondent gave us misleading information.

 We now consider this matter closed.
